Default Mounting 245's on a 9.5?

Sup guys, I just moved here recently. I'm getting new rims, and need to find a place that is able to mount a 245 on a 19x9.5. Thanks in advance

Thinking about rims, so just thought I would ask for opinions..

I think it might be CAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. I'm not sure how many S's there are but I don't think I have enough.

But I think you need to dump it before the stretch and the deep dishes.
