It will be a small project or you could just resell immediately But you will save $$ or make $$ based on the fact I need it sold ASAP

Manual Transmission

It has power steering fluid leak
spark plugs and coils need to be replaced
Front 2 doors are locked and will not open from outside (easy fix just haven't taken the time)
Front bumper structure also may need replacing or bending into place (hood is a little off kilter) Front bumper is ok.
