Looking for info on the guy with the fast NA beetle
I here tell there is a fast NA beetle that ran in Richmond this summer. Anyone know who is is and how I can contact him? He beet me to having the first really fast air cooler in Richmond (in many years)... I want to pick his brain for my 65 beetle engine build.
Thanks

The blown guy lives near me, I have met him before. He has a race body with a stock engine and a blower (odd). If he had a real motor (Scat stroked) he would be pushing 9s or at least low 10s.
Got link to a post Nic???

It was in one of the richmond dragway threads from over the summer. I think he lives in Charlottesville if memory serves me correctly.

If its the guy in charlottesville, I think his screen name is Squishy, or something like that. I am pretty sure he is N/A and I think he runs 13's

The guy with the green and yellow Bug that was running out at Richmond with the slicks used to live in Mechanicsville. I'm pretty sure he moved though...there was another fast black one out there this summer too. I think the black one got into high 12's, the green/yellow one was in the low 13's.
