Default Local Powdercoating?

Where is a good place (service/price wise) to have some wheels powdercoated? Also, any rough-estimates on 4 stock spyder wheels (15s) coated black would be appreciated.

Do you have the equipment in-house to remove/remount the tires? Or would I have to bring them bare?
