Introduce Myself
Hey all, I've been hearing good things about this site for a couple years and finally found the time over winter break to join up. I'm Dave. Went to Clover Hill on the southside and currently still live here/ go to Radford. Right now drive a '94 540 and an '87 325is. Some of you might recognize me from bimmerforums or new-sweden. Cars are bone stock. I've gotten both of them for free and don't really have time/money/space at the apartment to get into modding them. Hopefully this spring I'll be picking up a 97 Camaro (only 3800) and using it as a DD while the 540 is swapped to 6speed and the 325 possibly swapped to M50 and turbo. Hoping to find some good car guys to get together with in the area. Help each other out, make CAP/CAR runs etc etc.
Also, I'm currently in need of an OBD-2 scanner. My sister has an 02 Saturn SC2 I've been helping her with and narrowed it down to either CPS or CTS. But I'm a noob with saturns and never had a need for a scanner. I realize its my first post (
) so I'd be happy to lend collateral/leave my license/pay etc etc if you can't make it out to me.
Anyway, cheers and hello all. Not much of a pic guy, maybe someone here can help with that haha, but heres two of the 540 when it came home last April.

With Macio at the putt-putt parking lot? Sure did man, name escapes me but good to meet you all the same. You ever get everything straightened out with the smoking/clearing?

When I met you I thought you were in the middle of getting the lights changed to one of those, couldn't remember which. And how long you down in Fla?
