I thought it was dumb when...
I had someone come in the dealership because their windows wouldn't roll down and they had the window lock on, but today someone topped that. I get a call this evening, a lady has a remote start system on her car. Well, she's telling me that it won't start with the remote. I ask her "does the car start at all?" She replies to me:
"How do I start my car without the remote?"
"How do I start my car without the remote?"

Thats sort of like the time a lady called the dealership where i work and explained that she spilled something on her carpet and wondered if we had any type of carpet paint.
