Default How to replenish carbon fiber

My carbon fiber hood is starting to get splotchy, and I was wondering if I would have to buy a new one..or if i could get it replinished.. thanks for the help.

The hoods have a clear coat. Post a pic if you can. Maybe a clay bar, Zaino, and buffing will make it look new again.

Actually most dont, they have a "Gel" Coat it is different than a clear coat. I would get the hood wet sanded and then "Clear Coated"
