Just a headsup for anyone living on or near southside that golfs... The Manor golf course is having a huge special for new member signups. Their normal signup cost is $10,000 and $300 per month. Right now, they're doing signup for $1,000 and $175 per month. If you sign up during the special you're grandfathered into the $175 per month for life... It's a pretty good deal for a really nice course.
