No its a private owner who is trying to sell it. He is friends with the owner of CAP or something. Its been for sale forever! Clean car garage kept.

I was gonna say that car has been at cap for almost a year.

Me and my dad were like I bet some woman got pissed and donated that car as like revenge.

It just sits from the last time I saw it.
