cheap place to work on cars?
Need a place to work on my car. Like 10x20 I guess would be enough. Trying to stay at $100 but less would be better too. also closer to chesterfield towncenter would be ideal too.

search craigs list under parking / storage. your best bet is going to be one of those fan garages.
edit: on that note if a # of people get together and organize it could be real cheap to rent a warehouse to do that shit in.

Re: cheap place to work on cars?
I was in the same boat as you, well still am. Just got lucky and was able to work on my car without having to get a storage yet.
I'm not very close to you, but I called a few mini storages around central but they all said no to working on cars while being in the storage. Only one that said yes to was the one by RIR. They want $110 a month for 10x20. If you want I can look for the number.

There is a place that allows car being worked on but its $130 for a 10x20 and I figured that would be very tight to work in even. Was trying to stay around $75 if possible.

hahahahahaha, yea, I'm with this guy.
What you are hoping for is something thats hard to find.
Keep an eye on CL, best bet for that.
Fan is a bad idea, shits small, would be ok if you live there, but not worth commuting to the fan to have a shitty space.
Get together with people and get a warehouse. Thats what I ended up doing, working out of a shop shop up in Atlee.
