You're better off renting an engine lift, pulling the engine out, and replacing it with the same thing. (In terms of price.)

Find a block cheap, pull motor, replace, drive.

checked it out today....got it started.. has a mean noise coming from a valve.. gonna probably swap out the heads in the next few days...
