Anyone local willing to do my lsvtec conversion

As the title states, I'm looking for someone who can do my ls/vtec conversion with a b16 head.

I'm not a baller but I am willing to pay for your time and experienced work.

this is going in a 96 integra ls

I will have all the parts needed (ls vtec kit,obd1-obd2a jumper harness,chipped p28,rywire vtec subharrness)
