As cheap as possible because I have already spent my car budget for the week and some :( Just need a test pipe welded to the flex pipe. I can pay in beer? :D

beer was the collateral lol. i was hoping for more of a friendly favor. If we hang my exhaust also you could have the cat converter that comes off. I wasn't kidding when I said I already spent my car budget and some for the week:o
