Any Ford Cars willing to be in a video ? looking for new ideas
 

I handle the YouTube account for Richmond Ford on 4600 west broad street. I'm trying to come up with some entertaining video ideas so any suggestions, feel free to throw them out there. (realistic ideas please)

One thing I was thinking was like how we have a spotted in 804 thread but change it to a "Fords of RVA" YouTube series. Really Short videos on a bit of backround of your Ford, whats cool about Richmond and 1 positive thing about the dealership (which I can tell you) but just so I can give my boss a reason to go through with this idea.

Anybody interested comment and we can exchange contact info?

Contact the TheDudeinBlue from youtube he's currently plugging for Black Magic and lives in Richmond. He has over a quarter million followers and is a Ford guy.

the dude in blue lives in Richmond.... I had a feeling he was in VA but didn't know that and thanks for one of the few actual helpful bits of advice

A youtube video series featuring fords...

I'd suggest focusing on Mustangs, that way you can double up on the video content by requesting Ford tow trucks. Including a high number of Fox bodies will help.

Yeah... but the fact that my 05 is in its 3rd transmission with just over 100k miles offs complete bullshit. Not to mention the electrical nightmare it has become. Never again will I buy a Ford.

Okay I'm not saying Fords are all mighty or anything and If I could be at a Ferrari dealer I would but I'm at a Ford dealer.. and Yea I'm sure I could get you some free shirts or hat or something

I think some of those SUVs that were a left over from the 90s are kind of a pile, but the stuff they've been building starting around 2006 on seems to be pretty top notch.

Those old expeditions seem bulletproof. There's quite a few 200k plus mile ones running around.

I have a 2002 F150 and 2008 Edge..... Both have been awesome... Both around 210k with no major issues..

I got to admit it he's alot better at posting then alot of other newbies that got on here lately. I say cut him some slack at this point.

Try to get in touch with Terry Bagleu. He's a senior partner at McGuireWoods and has a couple ford GT's, including one of the LeMans special editions.

If you're a car guy, and he decides to talk to you, it'll be worth your while. He's also got a few vipers (including the second one produced) and a MC12.

We loved our 2010 Edge, ended up getting rid of it because we needed more room/4x4 for a cross country trip. Picked up a 2015 Explorer LTD and love it! Has right around 17k miles, passed my '07 GT500 last month :thup:

funny enough I don't have a Ford, its an 3rd gen Acura TL with the Aspec kit and I painted the stock wheel like a STI gold color, thinking of lowering too...

Thats an awesome Idea, we're one of the few ford dealers that service GT's around here too, so I might have bumped into him before a while back.. It was an older fellow who had 2 ford GT's (one in Le'man scheme) a lambo aventador and I think a few others which could be the Mclaren, There can't be to many other people matching that description I would assume lol
