Do you see the dealerships putting 500+ miles on a car before they sell them?
the engines are bench tested and ran before they are installed in the car im sure

LOLOL. Manufacturers put their engines on engine dynos and put a decent amount of miles on them. They do it for break in and to make sure it's not a bad engine.

Bullshit; you can wash cylinders with big injectors in a HURRY just cranking on it, ESPECIALLY if the tune is way off.

I don't think you understand how time works... someone could spend hours trying to get it to crank and something YOU FUCKED UP could be causing the problem. Would they not deserve to be paid for their time then?

YOU are an example of why there are SO FEW decent import shops. You have no value for anyone's time but your own. At the end of this, you will still have a turd, even if it runs.

it should be around 140-160 ...but it could flucuate

but all should be within 10-15 psi of each other to be runable

As an ASE certified L1 Master Auto, L2 Master Truck, Master Body Repair, School bus technician, and an ASE certified Machinist and Service Adviser, I strongly suggest the BIWP method.

easy fix. Put a stock fuel pump, stock injectors, stock ecu in and see if it runs. If so then something is wrong with one of your replacement parts

Quoted for the amount of truth this post contains

OP trailer your car to a reputable shop and have them look it over.
