CarsRfun sent me this... nut sure where he found it yet. From Mazdadrivers in August... guy has a yellow C6 w/ bolt-ons and eventually takes turn 3 too hot at the end.

That bulb is removed because you only need one brake light. It's simpler and lighter that way. Same philosophy as removing the fuel injection and putting a carb on. LOL.
