After further review of the video, the tray sliding part was AFTER he knew I was buying the car, because its got the USDM seats and wheels on it, and they were put on the week before I bought it.

He got it with all the parts already on it, I talked to the owner prior to the OP and he told me what it had on it when he sold it to Carmax.
