Custom transmission adapter plate, custom mounts and new front subframe, custom coolant hoses, custom header, custom downpipe, custom intercooler plumbing, some type of throttle cable, some wiring, probably a standalone ECU to make things play nice. And all the other things you'd need for a non-family engine in whatever car it didn't come in. Shouldn't be super hard, just a lot of time and a lot of money to put a pretty cheap engine in a pretty cheap chassis and still not really gain anything (except a swap that is unique because it's uncommon, not because it makes sense).
You could probably think of more productive uses of your time than putting that engine in that chassis just because you happen to have that engine and that chassis. I'm just saying for the amount of money you'll spend in the end, you could either get another chassis for the engine you already have, or another engine for the chassis you already have. Or both.

It's not worth the headache, there are too many, better, 240 swaps with supporting parts out there. Either sell the 4g and get a ka block or sell the 240 and build one of these if you want a rwd dsm.
You could probably find one of these for cheaper than a ka block.
