Success - Panoz made it through an entire weekend at the track w/o being towed in.
Had the car out last weekend for NASA Oktoberfast at VIR. I drove the car in the first instructor session and Dad took it out the rest of the time. Car behaved well and made it through the entire weekend w/o a mechanical. This list of stuff to fix/tweak is growing ever shorter:
1. Needs a new tach. Decides when it wants to work. Have checked all wiring and signals multiple times. Seems to be internal.
2. Need to put the front swaybar back on the soft setting. Car has a push with it in the firm setting. Rear bar is full soft as it was before the restoration.
3. Need to lower the gas pedal. When really getting into the brakes you can't heel-toe.
The new idler from Dirty Dingo solved the belt issue by getting more wrap on the water pump.
The car still has a slight stumble at two very specific areas on track. They have similar RPM and similar throttle application. Between 3 and 4 and the short straight out or roller coaster before hog's pen. We reduced the rear accelerator pump squirter nozzle to a 31 and then a 28 and it got better both times. The next step would have been to throw in a 26, but we ran out of time. Going to take it back to the dyno and see if we can replicate the stumble. Each time it's still breaking up rich on the wideband.
Car gets lots of attention and we've already had a couple of offers to buy it. Some pictures:

Looks like a lot of fun!
Side note: what type of ramps are those in your last picture? I need to figure out a way to get my car onto my trailer more easily.
