Yeah, a lot of them are trying to make themselves feel better about the fact that the z06 is no longer the fastest corvette. The zr-1 also puts them into a whole other cost that most z owners couldn't afford. So now they are trying to justify owning their z, which is really dumb cuz the z06 is still such an amazing car.

Cool.
Your times aren't bad at all for first time with car. Those are very hard cars to drive. Welll, I've driven a z06 and it was a bitch, I can only imagine a zr-1.
Ranger is a hell of a driver, but can't wait to see what Jamie Furman does with the car tho. He has the best times with the new viper and the z06 as well.
I'm hoping to make it to a private rental sometime this year as well.

Keep an eye on on TWR and the vette forum. AT&NB usually puts them on and so do plenty of other people. Im curious to see what mine will run...even though with the mods and a4...i pretty much know what it should...but im ready to get out and beat on it.
