Has potential, I'd seriously would rock so faded ass peeling paint before I would EVER rattle can primer my car.. Do something about that & your car would get 2 thumbs up... right now I give half a thumb lol

i think ive yet to see a 99-00 car that the front grill is in place.

even on my hatch after the 99-00 conversion, i could never get it to sit back and up in the right spot, no matter how much i massaged or zip ties

no i think i just see all the half assed ones lol

i mean, i see a few in pics from Cali or etc. but the average civ on the street has something up with the grill. unless its stock. it's like modding a car makes the grill fall out.
