Vehicle History/Summary:
It's the daily driver, grocery getter, auto-x behemoth, track car tower, road course capable SUV. Bought a year ago with 86k miles, now at 107k.

The 4.6L is essentially the Alpina version of the 4.4L V8. Compression is bumped to 10.5:1 and redline is raised to 7300. 5psi of boost is thrown on top, courtesy of Dinan. The X5 has been supercharged for 105k miles. Dinan tested the motor at 451bhp, I saw 325awhp through the auto trans to all four wheels via an AWD Mustang Dyno.

Expecting a bit more *umph* with the installation of a revised Vortech impeller blade this month, and maybe a little more boost.

I purchased the Z3M in 2006 from Phoenix Racing, a race team in PA. After owning the car for about a year i wanted to give it some boost. I purchased a VF Engineering supercharger kit and installed it myself. I had the supercharger on the car for about a year, and decided i wanted to go turbo with it.
