Well finally after owning the vert fox for over 3 years now ive decided to start refreshing some things on it and making it a lot more eye appealing to me. Mainly some repair thing along with a few goodies here and there. As of right now shes mostly stock with the exception of a BBK ram air, a set if underdrive pullies, and lx tails because i think they look better than gt tails. I gotta find me a new hood because the old one decided to break the latch part on the front that holds it closed and i had to put hood pins in which im not to thrilled with them. Drivers door either need to be replaced or fixed, the inside door handle keeps breaking, replaced it with 4 new ones until i finally gave up. Also the window track is off to where it will not line up properly with the seals for the top. Any tips or any advice is welcome, anyone wanting to offer a suggestion and doesnt mind lending a hand is welcome as well.

She hasn't really been played with much in over a year and i havent had her in over 2 years being as my father wanted it. Now i have it back and want to toy with it being as i have my new DD and dont want to mod it.

Year one is a good source i didnt think they did the foxbody style mustang but i'll definitly start looking into them.

Very cool little story. I dont know what you want out of the car but convertibles are a no-go for me.

Thanks, im not really too fond of convertibles myself but i never seem to find a good notchback i want to buy when i have the funds and this would have to go before i could do that so i figured i'd just play with this and fix it up a little then if i decide to i'll sell it after i fix the problems with it and find me a notch. But right now its just a fun weekend toy for the time being and i dont like riding in something that is ugly to me.

why does it need a door?

because of it breaking handles? that sounds like a latch issue...
