Post your track cars!

Re: Post your track cars!
Just purchased some Sparcos to replace the Recaros so I'll have something up when I re-do the interior, and also just purchased a set of heads I'm going to semi build and hopefully have a little more top end power.

Why'd you buy a big arse dually to tow a race car that's for sale, but you're going to mod it more?

Everything is always for sale. If I could sell it for what I want I'd happily jump ship, until then I'm going to make the most of what I've got...and make improvements.

10-4 you sound like my father... new motor for the Panoz, new clutch, new rear end, and new car trailer along with a new hitch and crap to put in the car trailer... yet he's completely indifferent about the hobby and would sell the setup if a buyer presented themselves.

I had absolutely no intentions of buying a truck but when it arrived at the store I couldn't turn it down; its better than the suburban ever could be in every way imaginable. I wouldn't give it up, just move to a different platform and buy a pre-built car...been thinking 944 or C4/C5 for a while now.

Don't buy a C4... by the time you fix all the little chassis issues it'll cost more than a good C5 and power wise the LS platform is far superior. The C5 platform is a massive leap forward over the C4 in every single way. It wasn't simply a minor evolution like it was C5 to C6.
