Had a great weekend at the track. The car behaved, the weather was amazing, had a great student, and set a new PR with a 2:05.5. Here are some shots my father took. Anyone else feel free to post up more.

Was that the yellow one? If so, the guy needs to learn some track etiquette. On Friday I was on track with him and twice he gave me a point by only to drag me down the straights, then have me up his butt in the turns. Finally on the front straight I got enough of a run on him to get along side him and motioned for him to slow down.

We get it.... you have a fast modded car that can dog Vipers and Corvettes in the straight.... good for you. When you give a point-by with and your in a fast car, breathe off the throttle to let the car actually pass you.

Yep there are all kinds of different cars. Everything from CRXs to Ferrari F-430 Challenge race cars and everything in between.

Phil... that first pic of my car coming through 3, do you blur the wheels in editing? Makes it look "fast" vs. a static picture.

 

No, thats how I shot it. The only editing is to adjust colors/saturation/contrast.
