I think the only non-color matched lip on a car, should be carbon fiber. I don't like unpainted lips. Paint the lip, skirts and sides.

get a rear lip. and then paint everything man, and it will look like my old hatch, everything will match and nothing will stand out except your wheels, and the shit will look dope..but still only be a single cam

S dot Camp - Was the first person i thought of when i saw this guy asking about color matching everything. His car also looks this good because i swear the thing was NEVER dirty, and i really liked it on the polished wheels as it was not of the norm. Either way to the OP color match your ish bro, if your going to spend the money on paint might as well do it all right rather than leaving parts undone.

And ill be another to tell you "bro that hood?" in hopes that you actually listen.

I'd venture to say...

-fix the hood
-rear lip
-shave side moldings
-paint milano, but leave lips black (case you want to sell lip(s))
-maybe delete inserts @ fr bumper air dam
