NASA Oktoberfast race videos
A couple of weekends ago I passed Comp School and raced wheel-to-wheel for the first time. Finished 3rd in class both points races. Sunday was an hour long "fun race". I was able to run about forty minutes until my transmission got hot so I quit and called it a weekend. A trans cooler is in order for any races longer than 35 min or so.
2nd Thunder group race from Saturday. I raced in ST2 which is one class above what my car is setup for; only one other car in PTA.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-is3x7OMiUY&sns=em Sunday's "Fun Race" - Flying Mustang hoods, spinning Corvettes and "TURBO BOOST!!!". Had a good match with a GTS-4 Porsche, turbo RX-7, fox body Mustang etc. etc.

Looks really good
I want to get into this so bad...but from what I read on the Z forums is that there aren't alot of 350zs out there @ least not in TT-C/TT-B...which is where I'd be

Why not do it anyway? Why does it need to be 350zs? Plenty of guys in TTC, just make sure your car is flexible and competitive in a few classes if you end up not liking one.
ME= GTS2 (very competitive), TTC/PTC (extremely competitive), gts3 and TTB/PTC.
TTC is an extremely cheap build. Turndowns for 12 bucks from advance auto for the cat-back, a decent intake, a decent spring shock combo, stock sways, and a homemade splitter ($75, or go plywood, ~18 bucks) with a good wing. Thats all my car has and is incredibly competitive in both gts2 and TTC.
You can spend the money where it counts, an efficient wing, and really good shocks, or just save up for those two while having fun.

Joeseph Anderson successfully campaigns a 350Z in PTA/ST2... he's a bit underpowered on the big tracks.

Ive done Driftwater and I've raced at englishtown once and I love it. Car is mostly stock, all I have is my cats deleted and 4.08 final drive and I run whatever shitty tires I can find and I still manage to keep up with some of the "prepped" cars. My plans for this weekend is to move to 8.5 or 9.0" wheels and wrap them in some RS-3s and fix my shitty exhaust leak.
