My EJ1 build thread*PEEK*updated pics page 6
updated pics throughout the thread check em out!!!
here are some pics of what im doing to my ej1. decided to pull the car apart and put a sweet paint job on it because i have ownd three red cars and just wanted something different. also did and going to do some minor things like roll cage, wire tuck, and some stuff to the tranny. will post more pics as i come along further on the project. car is going getting painted this week so i will post some udated pics soon. i have alot of pictures. i take them along the whole way. if i get alot of positive feedback i dont mind sharing all my pictures thanks.
let me know what yall think vadriven.
pics before i pulled the car apart
at the track:
just got done blocking the car with 320 getting it ready for sealer and getting ready to take the doors off:
engine bay after i painted it: (first time i picked a spray gun up in my life)
wire tuck:
had to do some body work on driver quater from where i backed into my girls car lol:
roll cage:
a engine shot b4 i pulled the car apart:
engine pics:

Wow, like the color of the bay. You doing the whole car that color or just the bay? Nice lookin set-up, what times you run at the track?

thanks. im painting the whole car that color. this week ill have updated pics along the rest of the way on the project. ive been 12.16 so far. only took the car to the track twice before i pulled it apart after i put it together the first time.

looking good. that color looks pretty familiar but a little lighter (rameybuilts coupe has that similar green). Nice color though. should look very sweet.

umm im not sure. it may have been. either way i pretty much got the car from who ever got it from him if it was his car. then i pulled that swap out swapped my swap in and drove for a little while and then boosted it and just been working on the car ever since i got it.
