My 04 Yamaha R1
I purchased this bike almost 2 years ago, bought it used and the previous owner lavished it with low quality, cheap parts.
Since I've owned it the following changes have been made (not all are pictured);
Custom Termignoni side exit exhaust
Termignoni fiberglass undertail
Carrozzeria forged aluminum wheels
Puig light-smoke DB windscreen
DDM 55w HIDs
DID ERV3 520 chain conversion + speedo-healer
Brembo 19-RCS master cylinder w/ pazzo RCS shorty lever
HEL front braided lines
Alth 07-09 pedal rotors
2009 R1 forks, calipers, and fender
ASV Shorty clutch lever
Gilles VCR rearsets
BMC race filter
PCIII with full dyno tune
AIS system removed and routed to the crankcase
Complete 2007 R1 engine swap (engine/harness/ecu/cluster)
That's it for the most part. The bike is proven at 187mph on GPS (backed by a 186mph run).
Sadly, there's still much more I plan on doing to it.
When I first picked it up (old oil and a clutch that was slipping horribly (PO stated that it was just spinning the rear tires, bs.)
About 2 months after owning it
Recent pictures taken before the engine swap
Some pictures of the swap
Hope you like it.

Re: My 04 Yamaha R1
Thanks guys.
I've got a lot of work in front of me for the winter and I hope to get some much better pictures come spring.
I've already got some Gilles VCR rearsets to go on, billet velocity stacks (first set ever for the 07-08 engine), and a new header.
