Your record only improves by 2 point every year, plus 1 if you take a voluntary improvement course.
If you were to the point of having lost your license 3 years ago, there's no freaking way you're back at zero yet. It takes, what, -12 points to lose your license I believe?

And even disregarding that information, if your driving points are really at ZERO, as you stated, that still means you have charges on your record. A perfect driving record is +5.

I thought it takes 3-5 years (depending on the ticket) to be removed? In that's the case every one of those is still on his record.

Edit: I'm thinking of insurance. Not DMV records.

i went to court alot of times for driving on a restricted, though got it dropped many times, has nothing to do with being a xradhxcstreetracer anyways

Yeah, it all depends on the amount of time in between each infraction, but the point I was trying to make is that it takes AT LEAST -15 points to lose your license.
