Does all of that extra plastic cut your lap times on trips to the grocery store?
sorry, couldn't pass up first shot

No extra plastic, just whats there courtesy of Ford.

it appears you realize that this car unfortunately is highly susceptible to the vadriven hater gang, but you're not going to let that deter you. my first question i'd pose to these guys is to ask them what they drive and consider the source.

i actually like it, a lot. these cars are actually very, very fun to drive and pretty damn quick. the torque from that v6 is amazing. i'm sure it still suffers the horrid build quality that contours/mystiques were notorious for- i worked at a lincoln-mercury dealership for a few years and the recall book on these things was thicker than any other vehicle, and that is saying a lot. that said, this one is tastefully done contrary to the anti-rice patrol. i wouldn't have chosen to do the hood that way, but it's not obnoxious imo.

nice.

Same here. Are those SVT Focus wheels or are they the factory ones? They similar to the ones that my friend has on his SVT Focus..

I don't like the hood, and well... it's a Contour but other than the hood it's a cool Contour.

it definately needs a oem hood...pick n pull has tons of contours, rund over and grab one...

but yes these are fairly quick...by buddy dallas used to have a green one that he boosted...it was quick as hell till it threw a rod years later..
