Ford Cosworth Granada motorswap
My buddy from Aus sent me this link. This guy has some nice fab skills.
Started with a 600hp Granada, built stock motor:
Ended up putting a twin turbo Koeneggsigg v8 in it. The motor is built and he said the thinks the motor can handle well over 2000bhp but the turbos are rated for 1700bhp lol
Check the link, theres too many pictures to rehosts.

Re: Ford Cosworth Granada
I love that guy for doing a pushrod suspension setup in the back. It's really too bad the Cobra suspension geometry is complete shit though. Great fab project, I never get tired of seeing people do work like that.

Lol @ "Koenigsegg v8"
Its a fucking ford mod motor. It was never designed or made by Koenigsegg, although they did use one in the original cc8.

Re: Ford Cosworth Granada
Mhmmm, I really don't want to neither think or talk about the cost of this... examples are just the clutch for instance, wich was £3000(sponsored price) you know, and buildig the exhaust manifolds was about £2400 just in materials... :S
No, not 2k hp.
The engine can produce well over 2000hp,(it wll give about 2300hp at 2.4bar boost) but turbos is its only limitation , they can produce 1750hp at the maximum in teory , so we'll se how well they hang in there.
It even passes 1000hp before 1 bar(14.7psi) of boost.
If we get 1500,1700 or 2000hp really doesent matter, it is only in it's drag-spec configuration it will be ble to put down these hp numbers.
As it is now it produces 170hp at idle, 290hp at 2000rpm... and after that the turbos really kick in... so there is always enough power...!
Totally off bost, it produces somwhere between 550-600hp if everything continues as planned...
