He wiill be at hertford tomorrow night with it, pending no rain. This is the same truck that was at richmond 2 weeks, i think, ago.
People never seem to mention that he set the hp record on fuel only at 680rwhp, with a motor that had 200K + MILES ON IT.
New motor is built, so hes playing with some spray on it. Hes trying to break records that people made with trucks that weigh alot less and weren't streetable. Unlike most of these diesels that have a programmer and exhaust and think they run 11's, he actually runs 11's and should be knocking on the door of 10s. The converter was trying to lock up at richmond but wouldnt hold the power, he put a new converter in it and ran a 7.1 last weekend. Still having some slight shifting issues with the tranny. Once he has it all dialed in right i think he has a 10.9 pass in it, mayyybe a 10.8 if he ups the spray a little more. I mean hes cutting a 1.5 60ft in a 7000lb truck for fucks sake. Its fast.

wow he finally got a good run out of it.
i went down with him the first time he ran it with the new motor and was having converter problems. glad to see that he has gotten it some what worked out.
with that run it looked like he was spraying a good amount into bc the smoke cleared up. he was spraying a 75 first stage 150 second if i remember right the first day he had it out.
think he wants 300 just from spray when its all good
p.s. ricky your truck is gay.

Went to dinwiddie over the weekend and ran a 11.11 @ 121 mph with a horrible 1.65 60ft. Would of went a 10.9X with my usual 60ft. It over sped the turbo and the bearings are now shot. I am Going to plumb a wastegate into the system whenever i get the turbo back from the shop. Still has a lot more in it for more spray. I predict a 10.6 or so once everything gets dialed in.

The truck made 680hp on fuel with the old motor. New motor hasn't been dynoed but from track times it makes 700hp on fuel and 850hp on the juice. I am currently running 3 small stages.
