i rocked my modded d16 in my ek hatch for a while...hated on the fuckers that had dohc's. always thought they spent too much money for a small marginal hp gain over stock...
then once i drove a k car, i was sold. to me now a dohc (if its gotta be a 4 cyl) is a mandatory. i can merge safely.

true. the gas mileage is killer. i had an s40 tranny on my y7, and it was like my car ran on solar power on the highway...took hardly a tank to get from here to DC and back.
but i mean, for the typical honda or mitsubishi or etc...if you search for "exhaust" ur gonna get a skunk2 or hks setup...i'm a bit of a ricer, so i like the "jdm" angled up/tilted look, especially on hatches
are you saying that you replace ur factory muffler with a flowmaster or something similar, then put a nice tip on it?

i for one am a sucker for straight pipes, just a huge straight piece of pipe sticking out of the bumper is real dope (on most rwd imports anyway) i myself have a dialed down straight pipe the BC Spec II and it is my favorite sounding exhaust i've ever heard on an SR20, if the cops around here didn't care i would have a fucking reinhard in a heart beat
