S techs dont lower the car very much at all. If you want a coilover type setup that rides pretty nice, a lot of ef guys go with the koni yellow/ground control combo. depending on if you get the top hats or not, it would cost you around 800-1200 dollars new

but yeah i have h&r springs on my ef and it rides pretty nice and has a ok drop

i like the drop thats on tha car now in the pic the bad is there ebay, previous owner didnt know wat they were i jacked tha car and could definately tell they were ebay sleeves

i think i got a great deal on the ef i got it for 1500 tha way it sits right not with rotas, no rust 1 minor ding in finder, tan leather integra interior and jdm sohc swap with 100k miles and a shit load of reciepts of work done over the past few years, i plan on sellin the rotas to get some sport max i just want some black rims with a lip

well if you want it like the drop in the pictures, thats like 2" it looks like. H&R sports are good i hear too, but it wont be as low as it is now. the H&R race lower like 2.5 i think, so youd better have some decent shocks or they will blow.
