Those numbers sound impressive, but they fall short of actually watching the German econobox launch hard off the line. Anything can be made faster, a corvette can crush most super cars out there. Its still a golf, they are made to be on the ground and have bbs wheels and hard park.

Wait, so a ~2000lb car with awd and a ton of hp can do a 1/4mi faster than a bugatti? I am amazed, its still a Vw and won't do 250+mph
