could i just say this is one of the coolest builds i have seen in a while. I love squarebacks. Almost traded my '76 bus for one a while ago. Wish you could have incorporated the original motor but still really digging it.

WHile thats cool as shit what the fuck is up with the damn chrome spikes I'm seeing pop up on VW's lately. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF PEANUT BUTTER tell me thats not the new Dub trend.

thanks for the positive feedback.. airkewled motors are gay, now it will be RELIABLE..HAHA and if you dont understand the s10 front clip, its so ive got modern suspension that can hold the weight of the motor.. and as for the spikes, without them, there is 100 fuckin holes in the body...easy fix.

But forgive my ignorance. You say you did a custom frame, but also used a S10 front clip to allow the use of modern suspension.
Could you have not just fashioned the custom frame to accept a modern suspension?

Why all the hate for somthing new?? I already expect negative feedback from all of the aircooled gurus, but you have to respect the extensive amount of work thats been put into this car, and yes vince its lookin awsome!
