Yellow speed limit signs?
What do yellow speed limit signs mean in VA? In Pennsylvania, they were just warning signs and did not set legal speed limits and could be exceeded without legal penalty. Is it the same in VA? Or are they still enforced arbitrarily by subjective laws like "exceeding safe speed?"
On a related note, what is the speed limit of an onramp/offramp connecting two roads of different speed limits?

they are warning or suggested speed signs. but they CAN be used against you if your going faster or way too fast and wreck on the ramp or in the area relating to the ramp.

actually, the speed limit is the same until you are on the next street, they are only suggested speeds. now if you get in a wreck haulin ass on a slow ramp its obvious that you were being wreckless
