Why would you want yellow? Hi beams are to help you see when other cars aren't around. Aren't you kind of crippling yourself with something like this?

just like these and yes they emit more. i suggest doing them w/ a jdm hid bulb its bright as hell, also yellow is how they do it in germany and the swed's b-cuz of all the snow its easier to see
