Buy a 92-00 Civic hatchback and spend the rest on a B series motor and a good suspension. (Tein, Apex'i, HKS, JIC Magic, Zeal Buddy Club or Tanabe are all good)

Get a gsx spyder, get rims, and then upgrade to a 16G turbo (preferably the one for the Evo. You'll have a mad hot car that's fast (can't beat turbo AWD)

Get an IROC Camaro or any LT1 F-body. Not very slow to start with and all respond well to mods.

Well it would be a tad easier if you would tell us the intrest of the car ... will you be intrested in autoXing it , draging or jus .. driving it .

but for the record , i would say get a e30 m3

i suggest looking for a car with a cupholder that can handle super big gulps and biggie sized drinks. if you don't, you'll regret it later.
