Wreckless driving
 

Last night i got a wreckless driving ticket doing a whip in a empty parking lot (food lion) around my GF in the car with another guy cheating on me. Ive asked around and a few people told me that its 90% sure my license is gone. But a few said stuff like that has happends to them and it got dropped because it was on private property. Im sure im 100% F***ed reguardless but i wanted to know if anyone els has experienced anything of the sort and if there is any way out.

Sux she was cheating on you, but I don't think doing that at a parking lot was the smartest thing to do...wish ya luck in court.

If you're talking about the Police, they can be wherever they want to be whenever. And believe or not, you CAN get in trouble for driving like a dumb fuck on private property. Don't be stupid.

most of the time places like food lion or what not have prearranged agreements with the police so they can patrol their parking lots and make sure kids aren't loitering\drinking\doing burnouts. good luck and get a lawyer if you can.

already got one.

ima go into detail now... i fall asleep in another parking lot nearby to kill time to wait for a few friends to get back into town and i wake up hes there. i drive around the block and come back her car is parked where his was and hes gone. i pull into a McDonalds nearby and he came in behind me and rode my ass from there into the food lion (there is an acces to that parking lot from there) and he wouldent get off (should have break checked him) he runs my ass through there for a sec and i dump second and my ass end comes out and i do a big whip through the lot to get him off. i mean in a way i was pushed into it but then again i coulda just not done anything (good idea dumbass), but in my anger i just whiped it.
