Actually was a evo down the street from me with 92k ..guy wants 18,500 though

He tunes for King Motorsports and himself. He's based out of Fredericksburg (i think) but he used a dyno at ashland airpark to tune me.

Since you're hell bent on getting it, have Matt shue Or Dave (highPsiTsiguy) tune it.

Don't know if Dave is still around but he only worked with DSM link or EvoScan.
Matt did a retune on my 05' had it done in no time after 3 attempts from another guy in FL trying to do it remote.

Also if you don't listen to anything anyone else says listen to this DONT cheap out on parts and ebay shit for an Evo. You'll regret it.
