Default Who to tune your n/a B-series setup?

I have a friend who is dragging ass on getting his ITR tuned because he is unsure of who to have tune it. He has hondata s200 with basic super-sweet JDM bolt-ons. He wants to get it tuned now because it runs super rich. Eventually he wants to add ITBs and raise the compression.

So who would you have tune it in it's current state? And who would you recommend tuning with ITBs?

Tell him to get ahold of the guys at Brauning Motorsports. I've heard tons of good shit about their work, and after reading about their cars, they seem to have great knowledge of N/A Honda's.

If(when) I ever built another honda, n/a or boosted, I would probably take it to Jeff Evans.

Trust me when I say that that guy doesn't want to deal with ITBs. He thinks he does, but he doesn't.
