anybody know a shop around Richmond that does this i goggled it but ive had no luck, so where would i get this lol?

What is with the new fad to get steelies widened? Why not get some decent wheels that aren't steel and are bigger than 13 inches?

Cheap and heavy, great combo.

Good idea though if steelies are your thing I guess. Diamond looks like they make decent enough stuff for what it is.
