whats up with nascar now? affirmative action?
i just flipped on the tv and see magic johnson talking about diversifying nascar. can anyone give me some background info and what the real story is about? I seriosuly hope this isnt another affirmative action struggle...

If by "diversifying NASCAR" he means more minorities will try to enter the sport and compete with everone else on an equal level, then I'm all for it. But I don't see how they can significantly increase minority turn-out if no one will give them an incentive.

maybe im wrong, but i think i heard something about a nascar giving a minority a team or soething? maybe thats wrong. i dunno.

He means requiring all drivers to ride on financed rims and they must race with 4 other people in the car at all times.

haha... i dont know if you would call showing off, poor displays of sportsmanship, and ghetto styling everything superior...but whatever makes you sleep better at night.
