Anyone know what I am talking about? I see them in Nova all the time. Never understood what these are for. Just looks?

lol no they're not just for looks. They are additional intakes for the turbo(s).

I've never seen ricers with those, I have seena ton of black people with them though.

Originially they came on a 1949 Buick.

Actually all those stick-on vents started coming out after the Buick Lucerne came out in 2006.
