VERY strange wheel identity help.
A friend of mine posted this pic up on her FB of this car she snapped a picture of today. i have never in my life seen wheels this ugly/odd. they almost look like an OEM wheel of some kind. anyone know what they are? im just curious.

i tried to balance a set of them one time. With all the spokes on one side i had to use all the weights in the shop to counter balance one wheel.

Mary posted the pic. she said it they looked like that because the car was rolling and it was just distorted. but i dont think they would look like that, they would just be blurry. It just baffles me that a company actually thought these looked good and produced them haha
