Is it true that SRT4's break down at a certain milage? Plz let me know
I want to buy a srt4, but people keep telling me that they break down at around
30-40k mayB 50k is this true? All srt4 owners help me out here I'm so confused.

wtf?? haha. no its not true. i went through 3 trannys but i drove mine rough. other than that and the multiple sets of spark plug wires and the tps sensor, and the radio, and the axle, and the boost leaks, mine was fine.

mine has 36k on it and never had a single problem. The tires even made it to over 30k before I bought two new ones.

my friend jesse has one with almost 80,000 miles on it.....he dogs it everywhere.....it has never left him on the side of the road.....now the trannys do grenade....but i mean...any tranny will when you put power to it....just do your services and dont floor it everywhere and it should last you a few more years.

Mine left me stranded a couple times because I had a short in my wiring harness. Other than that, it was great. The clutch was going out when i sold it to Carmax though @ 27,000 miles.

not at all. I beat the fuck out of that car. Once a week I had 100+mile trips around any curvy roads I could find.

ya I dont know why they get such a bad rap for handling. One of my co workers and I race on the back road leading to work all the time and Ive had it at 125mph thru some s turns no problem.
