Default transmission
my friend is looking for a trans for a turbo'd built ls motor...he found a civic type r trans but he doesnt know much abuot it....is that a good choice for one and if not what would be??

Honestly. I would keep the LS tranny. Civic Type R gears are pretty short, compared to the LS gears. And if he wants, he should get a good LSD.
