TL or GS300?

TL or GS300?
I'm in a bind.
I'm getting out of the Honda game, unsure what I want next... but I have narrowed it down.
02-03 TL-S - It's a Honda so it'll last forever, but they do have notorious transmission problems. I think I'd only want one with navigation also. Parts/maintenance is cheaper.
99-02 GS300 - More expensive, but more luxurious. Don't know much about them, but haven't heard much negatives about Toyotas, unless I'm missing something.
Opinions?

Gs300 is better IMO
Pros: RWD, 2jzge,Better looking imo, more aftermarket support,huge following
Cons: No factory manual tranny was offered,huge car...?

my 2000 tl has had the tranny done 1 time and thats when they recalled em. but really its a good running car mine is at 126xxx miles and still running good. just one thing lower it!

GS300 ofcourse!!! BIPPU. If you get a GS you will end up broke. There is a huge aftermarket community for these cars. Also the 2jzgte from a poopra fits right in. I was looking at a few this weekend

I'm willing to accept one with 153k on it, actually that's the one I'm looking at. It is owned by an older Lexus tech (2nd owner/all records available). Has all maintenance done, & bushings/ball joints because those are common to snap.
